The weekend is almost here and we hope you can make it to the Runs/Walks and enjoy the nice weather with the rest of us! Here is your dose of weekly recap!

This last week we unwound during April Bar Night, sent word out to all the Bay Area FrontRunner clubs about our first-ever Pride Parade Float plans and the upcoming deadline to commit to being involved, continued registration for the 2013 Pride Run, continued interval training with SF Track & Field Club, had a special Brunch for the Sunday Long Run crowd, continued Marathon and Half Marathon Training, enjoyed an evening Picnic with the Tuesday runners/walkers, posted a new Runner Bio, and planned a SFFR fundraiser for early May… all in addition to our usual runs/walks!

*Special News: We are unveiling something new at the Saturday Runs/Walks tomorrow during second circle. Make sure you are there to share the moment… And no, we aren’t announcing SF FrontRunners East and West.

*Pride Parade Float - Deadline Tomorrow!: We are seeking volunteers who can help with constructing, designing, and marching with/on the float. Float volunteers must commit by our next float meeting on Saturday, April 27th, after the regular morning run/walk. You can commit earlier by sending an email to president@sffr.org … If you do not commit by the 27th, you still can decide to walk in the parade at a later time, but we cannot guarantee that you can be involved with the float itself.
