*Please note that we are having a grace period between now and February 1st where you will still receive weekly emails from FrontRunners if you registered for the 2013 Year. This correspondence will cut off, in addition to all of your member privileges, on February 1st, unless you have renewed or joined on for the 2014 year. Because we will be sending messages to members from both 2013 and 2014, some members will receive the same email twice during this period. Pride Run Meeting: Monday, January 13th @ 6:30 p.m. (18:30), 4096 17th Street #112 – Join us for another Pride Run meeting! We are into full planning mode now and need your help to make this year’s Pride Run a success! And, as always, free food will be provided (yay!). Full details here (link).
Board Meeting: Monday, January 13th @ 7:30 p.m. (19:30) – The 2014 Board will be holding their monthly meeting to discuss all things FrontRunners. Have feedback or ideas? Send them to firstname.lastname@example.org and they will happily discuss!
Celebration of Life for Tom Pait & Paul Williams: Sunday, January 26 @ 3-5 p.m. (15:00-17:00), Bob & Chris’s house, 415 Hill Street, SF, CA 94114 – Please attend a memorial to celebrate the lives of two long time front runners.
KP SF Half Marathon & 5K Water Station: Sunday, February 2 @ early, Golden Gate Park – Help the club raise funds with this annual community service event. Mark your calendars.

Simply follow the registration link next to the giant “Register” arrow on our homepage and sign on for another exciting year! If you do not renew your membership by February 1st, your previous member access, benefits, and weekly emails will be cut off, so make sure to renew soon!
2014 Pride Run Logo Competition – We need your help to make the Pride Run a success! We are looking for a logo for the 35th Annual Pride Run, and need all logo submissions by January 31st, 2014. REGULAR EVENTS THIS WEEK
Tuesday Evening Walks/Runs @ 6:30 p.m. (18:30), Ferry Building – Meet at the Ferry Building for a 1-2 mile, 3 mile (5K), 4 mile (6.5K), 5 mile (8K), or hill run along Embarcadero. We typically grab dinner afterwards.
Wednesday Evening SF Track & Field Club Training @ 6:00 p.m. (18:00), McAteer High School, 555 Portola Drive – You can park on O’Shaughnessy Blvd. Bring layers, as it’s usually cold out there in the evenings. To participate in interval training and learn more details about their weekly workout, contact Bob at email@example.com. See you there!
Thursday Evening Run @ 6:30 p.m. (18:00), Fitness SF– Meet in the Castro for a run that will range from 3-5 miles (depending on the week/course).
Saturday Morning Walk/Run @ 9:00 a.m., Stow Lake Boathouse – Meet at Stow Lake in Golden Gate Park for a 1, 2, 3 (5K), 4 (6.5K), 5 (8K) mile run/walk, as well as a cross training option that meets immediately after First Circle to go over the routine for that day. We then head to the many brunch options in the area, so ask around to see where people are going.
Sunday Long Run @ 10:00 a.m., Fitness SF – Meet in the Castro for a long run (70 to 100 minutes total, depending on the week). We typically grab brunch afterwards.
Sunday SF Track & Field Club Interval Training @ 10:00 a.m., SFSU Cox Stadium – Meet for dynamic stretching and short, efficient workouts to improve speed and endurance. Go to the SF Track & Field workouts page (link) for more info.
