*2014 Board - Consider A Role!: As mentioned in the September President’s Address (link), the time to consider running for a position on the 2014 Board is upon us. Bringing your perspective and ideas to the club can help us grow in priceless ways, so please think about what you could accomplish as a Board Member. You have plenty of time to consider everything, as your term wouldn’t begin until January, but it’s a good time to start contemplating a role.
*East Bay FrontRunners Pride Run Registration Open!: The East Bay FrontRunners and Walkers are putting on their yearly Pride Run on Saturday, October 12th, around Lake Merritt. Head here for all of the info on the event and how to register (link)!
*Shoe Collection During September: Bob Callori is collecting old shoes during each Saturday of September. They will be donated to Community Thrift, and the beneficiary from the donations will be Bay Area Rainbow Symphony. Simply bring your shoes to the Saturday walks/runs and find Bob.
